Last Updated: September 23, 2026

These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”) govern the Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between 100K Solutions LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company (LLC), doing business as 100K Solutions, together with its affiliated entities (collectively, “100K Solutions” or the “Company”), and the individual or entity named as the “Client” in the Agreement, and also govern your use of https://100ksolutionsllc.com and all associated subdomains (the “Website”).

These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement. By executing the Agreement, by using the Website, and/or by accepting services from 100K Solutions, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 Affiliate. Any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with 100K Solutions or the Client.

1.2 Confidential Information. Non-public information disclosed by one party to the other, including but not limited to trade secrets, methodologies, financial data, business plans, customer lists, program methodologies, and proprietary materials.

1.3 Intellectual Property (IP). All techniques, methodologies, processes, tools, software, logos, trademarks, training materials, curricula, templates, checklists, and other proprietary content owned or licensed by 100K Solutions, including any modifications or derivative works.

1.4 Services. The training, education, and mentorship deliverables identified in the Agreement — the licensed curriculum and materials, the working sessions, the written plan prepared for the Client, and the mentorship and guidance provided while the Client carries that plan out. The Services are taught to the Client. They do not include any act performed on the Client’s behalf.

1.5 Client Obligations. Actions and responsibilities the Client agrees to fulfill as outlined in the Agreement and these Terms and Conditions.

1.6 Programs. The proprietary process, tools, analyses, reports, curricula, and related services developed and delivered by 100K Solutions.

1.7 Applicable Laws. All federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations applicable to this Agreement, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) where applicable, applicable state credit services organization statutes, consumer protection laws, the Federal Trade Commission Act and the FTC’s substantiation standard for earnings, results, and money-making-opportunity claims, and telemarketing and text-messaging regulations (including the TCPA and the CAN-SPAM Act).

1.8 Personal Information. Any data provided by the Client that is protected under applicable privacy laws, including personally identifiable information (PII), Social Security numbers, financial account information, and consumer report information.

1.9 Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA). A nationwide or specialty consumer reporting agency as defined by the FCRA, including Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.

1.10 Furnisher. A creditor, lender, servicer, collection agency, or other party that reports information about the Client to a CRA.

2. SCOPE OF THE PROGRAMS

2.1 Description of the Programs. 100K Solutions licenses training and education programs. What the Client receives is a limited licence to the curriculum and materials, together with teaching and mentorship. The Client does the work.

The Agreement will identify which program the Client is enrolled in. The programs currently offered are:

  • The 100K Blueprint — four modules delivered in sequence: business structure and setup; the business credit development system; a phased business credit build; and a business funding masterplan. Included with it is a bonus Personal Credit Optimization Framework, comprising personal credit fundamentals, personal credit card strategy, and a do-it-yourself credit optimization system the Client runs on the Client’s own file.
  • Credit Analysis — a working session in which a specialist reviews the Client’s own credit report together with the Client and teaches the Client to read it, followed by a written plan of action the Client carries out, with curriculum access and mentorship for the term.
  • Funding Mentorship — a positioning review, a written funding plan setting out which products to pursue and in what order, and mentorship while the Client prepares and submits the Client’s own applications.

Across every program, the Client obtains and supplies the Client’s own credit report and documentation, and the Client performs every step of the plan personally.

2.1.1 What is outside these Terms. Anything performed for you, rather than taught to you, is outside these Terms and would require its own signed agreement. This website does not offer that service.

2.2 What the Services Are Not. The Services are educational in nature. 100K Solutions is not a lender, a loan broker or mortgage broker, a credit repair organization, a consumer reporting agency, a bank, a debt collector, a debt settlement or debt management company, a credit counseling agency, a law firm, a tax advisor, or an investment advisor.

Under these Terms, 100K Solutions does not dispute, challenge, correct, or seek removal of any entry on the Client’s credit file; does not contact any consumer reporting agency, furnisher, creditor, collection agency, or lender on the Client’s behalf; does not obtain or pull the Client’s credit reports; does not submit any credit or funding application on the Client’s behalf; and holds no power of attorney over the Client. Nothing provided under the Agreement constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. The Client should consult independent professional advisors regarding its specific circumstances.

2.3 Right to Modify Services. 100K Solutions reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, provided such changes do not materially diminish the Client’s rights under the Agreement.

2.4 Third-Party Involvement. 100K Solutions may work with third-party service providers, software platforms, credit monitoring services, telecommunications carriers, and referral partners to deliver certain aspects of the Services. The Client acknowledges and agrees that 100K Solutions does not control and is not responsible for the actions, decisions, response times, approvals, or omissions of CRAs, furnishers, creditors, lenders, or other third parties.

2.5 Client Obligations. The Client agrees to:

  • provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation, and to update it promptly if it changes;
  • obtain, and supply to 100K Solutions, the Client’s own credit report and documentation for use in the working sessions;
  • carry out the steps of the plan personally, and submit any application in the Client’s own name;
  • respond to requests for information within a reasonable time;
  • keep accounts current and avoid new derogatory activity during the engagement; and
  • refrain from directing 100K Solutions to submit any statement that the Client knows, or has reason to believe, is false or misleading.

2.6 Prohibited Instructions. 100K Solutions will not instruct, teach, or assist the Client to, and the Client agrees not to ask 100K Solutions to: make any statement to a CRA, furnisher, creditor, lender, or any other person that is untrue or misleading; alter or attempt to alter the Client’s identity; obtain or use an Employer Identification Number, credit privacy number, or any other identifier in place of the Client’s Social Security number for the purpose of establishing a new credit identity; or dispute information the Client knows to be accurate. The Client is solely responsible for the content of anything the Client submits. Any such instruction is grounds for immediate termination under Section 17.

2.7 Client Compliance. Where the Services touch the Client’s own customers or contacts (for example, in a business funding-readiness context), the Client is solely responsible for ensuring it has all consents required by Applicable Laws (including the TCPA) to contact those persons.

To the extent any part of a program relates to the Client’s personal credit file, the following apply in full. They are retained deliberately, and they are not narrowed by the fact that 100K Solutions performs no work on any credit file.

This Section 3 controls over any inconsistent statement made anywhere else — in the Agreement, on the Website, in marketing materials, or verbally by any representative. No representative of 100K Solutions is authorized to vary it.

3.1 No Guarantee of Results

100K Solutions does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, score increase, deletion, correction, approval, funding amount, or timeline.

  • No representation is made that any particular item will be removed from, corrected on, or added to the Client’s credit report.
  • No representation is made that the Client’s credit score will increase by any amount, or at all. Scores are calculated by third parties using models 100K Solutions does not control, and may rise, fall, or stay the same during the engagement for reasons unrelated to the Services.
  • No representation is made that the Client will be approved for any loan, line of credit, card, lease, or funding, or approved on any particular terms. Credit and funding decisions are made solely by lenders applying their own criteria.
  • Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including the accuracy and completeness of the information the Client provides, the Client’s payment history and ongoing financial conduct, the responses of CRAs and furnishers, and market and underwriting conditions.
  • Any past results, testimonials, case studies, or examples shown by 100K Solutions are illustrative of what some clients have experienced and are not a prediction or guarantee of what the Client will experience.

3.2 Accurate Information Cannot Be Removed

100K Solutions cannot and will not remove, and does not claim the ability to remove, information from a credit report that is accurate, current, and verifiable. Accurate negative information generally remains on a consumer credit report for the period permitted by the FCRA — in most cases up to seven (7) years, and up to ten (10) years for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. No person or company can lawfully cause accurate, timely, and verifiable information to be removed from a credit report.

The Services consist of teaching the Client to identify entries that appear inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, obsolete, duplicated, or otherwise improperly reported, to act on them personally, and to understand and improve the factors that drive credit and funding decisions. Any dispute arising from a program is filed by the Client, in the Client’s own name.

3.3 The Client’s Right to Act Without Us, For Free

The Client has the right to dispute inaccurate information in the Client’s own credit file directly with the consumer reporting agency and with the furnisher of the information, at no cost, without hiring 100K Solutions or any other company. The Client may do everything 100K Solutions does, on the Client’s own behalf, for free.

  • The Client is entitled to a free copy of the Client’s credit report from each nationwide consumer reporting agency, available at www.annualcreditreport.com, and to an additional free report in certain circumstances (for example, after an adverse action, or if the Client is unemployed, on public assistance, or a victim of identity theft).
  • The Client may contact the CRAs directly: Equifax (P.O. Box 740256, Atlanta, GA 30374 — www.equifax.com), Experian (P.O. Box 4500, Allen, TX 75013 — www.experian.com), and TransUnion (P.O. Box 2000, Chester, PA 19016 — www.transunion.com).
  • A CRA must generally investigate a dispute within thirty (30) days and must delete or correct information it finds to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable.
  • The Client may also place a fraud alert, a security freeze, or an extended fraud victim alert on the Client’s file at no charge.
  • Further information about consumer credit file rights is available from the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at www.consumerfinance.gov, and from the Client’s state Attorney General at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General at attorneygeneral.gov.

The Client chooses to enrol with 100K Solutions to be taught the order in which to do these things, and not because the Client is required to do so. Everything the programs teach, the Client may do alone and at no cost.

3.4 No Waiver

Any waiver by the Client of any protection provided by, or of any right of the Client under, the Credit Repair Organizations Act or any applicable state credit services statute is void and unenforceable. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as such a waiver.

3.5 Disclosure Statement and Written Contract

Where required by Applicable Law, 100K Solutions will provide the Client, before any contract is signed, with a separate written statement of the Client’s credit file rights under state and federal law, and will provide a written contract containing the terms and conditions of payment, a full description of the services to be performed, an estimate of the time within which they will be performed, and the notice of cancellation described in Section 7. The Client is entitled to a copy of each document the Client signs.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Program Fee. The Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the Agreement. The Agreement states the total amount payable, what it covers, and when it falls due. The Client is told all of that before enrolling, and no fee not stated in the Agreement will be charged.

4.2 Payment Methods. Payments must be made via the payment methods specified in the Agreement or checkout page, which may include credit card, debit card, ACH, or a third-party payment processor.

4.3 Billing Authorization. Where the Agreement provides for recurring billing, the Client authorizes 100K Solutions to charge the designated payment method for amounts due as they become due under the Agreement. The Client may withdraw that authorization prospectively by written notice, without affecting amounts already earned.

4.3a Third-Party Costs. Any third-party cost the Client elects to pay directly — for example, a credit monitoring subscription the Client buys from a third party in the Client’s own name — is not a fee paid to 100K Solutions, and 100K Solutions receives no part of it.

4.4 Taxes. Fees are exclusive of any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes, which are the Client’s responsibility where imposed.

4.5 Costs of Collection. The Client agrees to reimburse 100K Solutions for reasonable costs incurred in collecting amounts properly due and unpaid, including attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

4.6 No Fees for Unperformed Services. If the Agreement terminates for any reason, the Client owes nothing for services not yet performed, and 100K Solutions will refund any amount collected that relates to services not performed.

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 Cancellation Refunds. A Client who cancels within the period described in Section 7 is entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid, with no penalty or obligation, within the time required by Applicable Law.

5.2 Refunds for Unperformed Services. At any time, the Client is entitled to a refund of any amount paid for services that have not been performed.

5.3 Discretionary Refunds. Beyond Sections 5.1 and 5.2, refunds are discretionary and may be granted where the Client:

  • has fully complied with the instructions and requirements of the program;
  • has actively participated in the program requirements; and
  • can demonstrate completion of the required steps outlined in the program.

5.4 Review Process. Discretionary refund requests must be submitted in writing to service@100ksolutionsllc.com and will be reviewed within seven (7) business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days thereafter.

5.5 Exclusions from Discretionary Refunds. A Client is not eligible for a discretionary refund under Section 5.3 if the Client: failed to follow program instructions or requirements; did not complete assigned steps or documentation; provided false or incomplete information; or initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment processor before raising the concern with 100K Solutions under Section 8. Nothing in this Section 5.5 limits the Client’s rights under Sections 5.1, 5.2, or 7, which cannot be waived.

6. NO GUARANTEE — ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing the Agreement, the Client acknowledges having read and understood Section 3, and specifically acknowledges that: (a) no result has been guaranteed; (b) accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report; (c) the Client may dispute items directly with the CRAs and furnishers for free; (d) the total amount payable is disclosed in the Agreement before the Client enrols; and (e) the Client may cancel within three (3) business days as described in Section 7.

7. RIGHT TO CANCEL AND COOLING-OFF PERIOD

7.1 Three-Business-Day Right to Cancel. The Client may cancel this Agreement, without penalty or obligation of any kind, at any time before midnight of the third (3rd) business day after the date on which the Client signed the Agreement. No reason need be given.

7.2 How to Cancel. To cancel, the Client must give written notice. The notice is effective when sent, provided it is sent within the period in Section 7.1. Notice may be:

  • emailed to service@100ksolutionsllc.com; or
  • mailed or delivered to 100K Solutions LLC, 239 Fourth Avenue, Suite 1401, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.

A telephone call to +1 (814) 526-4706 is not sufficient on its own, but we will confirm receipt of a written cancellation in writing.

7.3 Effect of Cancellation. On timely cancellation, the Agreement is void, all amounts paid by the Client will be refunded, and 100K Solutions will cease work and will not charge the Client anything.

7.4 Form of Notice. The Client may use the following form, or any other written statement of intent to cancel:

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION Date: ____________________ You may cancel this contract, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day which occurs after the date the contract is signed by you. To cancel this contract, mail or deliver a signed, dated copy of this cancellation notice, or any other written notice, to 100K Solutions LLC, 239 Fourth Avenue, Suite 1401, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, or email it to service@100ksolutionsllc.com, before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date the contract is signed. I hereby cancel this transaction. Signature: ____________________ Printed name: ____________________ Date: ____________________

7.5 Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period. After the third business day, the Client may still terminate the engagement prospectively at any time by written notice. On such termination, the Client owes fees only for services actually and fully performed before termination, and 100K Solutions will refund any amount collected for services not performed. Except as stated in Section 5, no other refund is owed.

8. ESCALATION PATH FOR COMPLAINTS

The Client agrees to notify 100K Solutions in writing of any service-related concern or dispute before initiating a refund request, a payment dispute or chargeback, or legal action. 100K Solutions will review and respond to such concerns within ten (10) business days. This Section does not limit the Client’s statutory rights, including the rights described in Sections 3 and 7.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The Client acknowledges that all training materials, guides, tools, templates, letter frameworks, systems, strategies, software, checklists, and other deliverables provided by 100K Solutions are proprietary and confidential. The Client agrees not to share, reproduce, distribute, license, reverse engineer, sell, or republish any materials provided by 100K Solutions without prior written consent. The Client may use these materials for the Client’s own personal or internal business purposes only.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA HANDLING

10.1 Mutual Confidentiality. Each party will keep the other’s Confidential Information in confidence and will use it only to perform its obligations under the Agreement.

10.2 Client Data. 100K Solutions will handle the Client’s Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at https://100ksolutionsllc.com/privacy-policy/, which is incorporated by reference.

10.3 No Authority to Act for the Client. 100K Solutions does not act on the Client’s behalf and holds no power of attorney over the Client. It does not communicate with CRAs, furnishers, creditors, collection agencies, or lenders on the Client’s behalf, and does not obtain the Client’s credit reports.

Where the Client voluntarily provides a credit report, or its contents, for discussion in a working session, 100K Solutions uses it solely to teach the Client and to prepare the written plan. The Client may withdraw that material at any time in writing.

10.4 Accuracy. The Client represents that all information and documentation supplied to 100K Solutions is true, accurate, and the Client’s own, and that the Client is the person to whom the credit file relates or is lawfully authorized to act for that person.

11. RIGHT TO UPDATE TERMS

100K Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes where required by law. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to a dispute that has already arisen.

12. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH

A breach of the Agreement includes, but is not limited to: failure to comply with payment terms; misuse or unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials; violation of confidentiality provisions; providing false, forged, or fraudulent information or documentation; instructing 100K Solutions to dispute information the Client knows to be accurate; or misrepresentation of the Client’s identity, business, or personal information.

On breach, 100K Solutions reserves the right to terminate the Services immediately. The Client remains responsible for fees for services already fully performed, and 100K Solutions may pursue all available legal remedies.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

All intellectual property developed, delivered, or shared during the course of providing the Services remains the exclusive property of 100K Solutions. The Client’s own data, documents, and credit file information remain the property of the Client. The Client agrees to execute any documents reasonably necessary to confirm or perfect 100K Solutions’ ownership rights if requested.

14. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 Services Provided “As Is.” Except as expressly stated in the Agreement, the Services and all materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 100K Solutions disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14.2 No Professional Advice. See Section 2.2. Nothing provided constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

14.3 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 100K Solutions’ total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Agreement shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Client to 100K Solutions in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost funding, or lost business opportunity.

14.4 Statutory Carve-Out. Nothing in this Section 14 limits, waives, or disclaims any right or remedy the Client has under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the FCRA, or any other consumer protection statute whose protections may not be waived by contract. To the extent any provision of this Section conflicts with such a statute, the statute controls and the remainder of this Section remains in effect.

15. SURVIVAL OF KEY CLAUSES

The provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers and limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of the Agreement, as shall Sections 3 and 7.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

16.1 Governing Law. The Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of the Client’s state of residence provides the Client with non-waivable protections that would otherwise be displaced.

16.2 Informal Resolution First. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through the escalation process in Section 8, and then through good-faith mediation.

16.3 Arbitration. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in the State of Pennsylvania under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider agreed by the parties. Each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court.

16.4 Non-Waivable Rights Preserved. Nothing in this Section 16 waives, limits, or restricts any right the Client has under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or any other statute whose protections may not be waived, including any right to bring or participate in an action in court where the statute so provides.

17. TERMINATION

17.1 Termination by 100K Solutions. 100K Solutions reserves the right to terminate the Agreement in cases of: non-payment of fees properly due for services performed; violation of these Terms; fraudulent activity or submission of false documentation; an instruction that would require 100K Solutions to make a false or misleading statement; or abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff.

17.2 Termination by the Client. The Client may terminate at any time as described in Section 7.

17.3 Effect of Termination. On termination, all rights granted to the Client under the Agreement cease. Fees for services fully performed before termination remain due; amounts paid for services not performed will be refunded. 100K Solutions will, on written request, return or securely destroy the Client’s documents, subject to records it is required to retain by law.

18. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

18.1 Amendments. Except as provided in Section 11, these Terms and Conditions may be modified only by a written agreement signed by both parties.

18.2 Notices. All notices required under the Agreement must be sent to service@100ksolutionsllc.com, or by mail to 100K Solutions LLC, 239 Fourth Avenue, Suite 1401, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.

18.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any signed authorization or disclosure statement, constitute the entire understanding between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings.

18.4 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

18.5 No Waiver. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

18.6 Assignment. The Client may not assign the Agreement without prior written consent. 100K Solutions may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the assignee assuming these obligations.

18.7 Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

18.8 Independent Contractor. The parties are independent contractors. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship, except to the limited extent of the authorization described in Section 10.3.

18.9 Electronic Signatures and Records. The parties agree that electronic signatures and electronically delivered records have the same effect as handwritten signatures and paper records, except where Applicable Law requires otherwise.
