Privacy Policy
Last updated September 28, 2026
Last Updated: September 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how 100K Solutions LLC, a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company (LLC), doing business as 100K Solutions (“100K Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), licenses business credit and funding training and education programs. This Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information obtained through our websites, programs, consultations, events, and related services, including https://100ksolutionsllc.com and all associated subdomains and digital assets (collectively, the “Website”).
We are committed to transparency and to compliance with applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA/CPRA”), the comprehensive consumer privacy statutes enacted in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Federal Trade Commission Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
By accessing or using this Website, or by engaging us for services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. WHY WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
100K Solutions collects and processes personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide, manage, and improve our training and education programs, including enrolment, curriculum access, working sessions, the written plan we prepare for you, and the mentorship we provide while you carry that plan out;
- To verify your identity so that we may lawfully obtain, review, and discuss your consumer credit report information at your request and with your authorization;
- To communicate with you regarding your engagement, your file status, appointments, consultations, onboarding, updates, promotions, and educational resources;
- To facilitate marketing, analytics, and sales operations;
- To connect you with relevant tools, features, lenders, referral partners, and resources where you have asked us to do so;
- To maintain records required by federal and state law, including consent and authorization records; and
- To comply with legal obligations and to maintain the security and integrity of our systems.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information in the following ways.
A. Information You Provide Voluntarily
When interacting with our Website, services, or programs, you may provide:
- Name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number;
- Mobile phone number and your consent to receive SMS/text message communications;
- Date of birth and, where required to verify your identity, your Social Security number or other government identifier. We do not collect your Social Security number in order to obtain a credit report — we do not obtain credit reports. See Section 9;
- Copies of government-issued identification and proof of address, where required for identity verification by a consumer reporting agency, creditor, or furnisher;
- Consumer credit report information, credit scores, tradeline and account details, public record entries, inquiry records, and related documentation that you obtain yourself and voluntarily provide to us for use in a working session;
- Correspondence, statements, billing records, police reports, identity theft reports, and other supporting documentation you submit in connection with a dispute or correction request;
- Business name, entity information, job title, industry, revenue and operating information provided during consultations, onboarding, or funding-readiness review;
- Payment or billing information related to our paid services;
- Survey responses, feedback, or customer service communications; and
- Marketing preferences and communication history.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Website, we may automatically collect certain information, including: IP address, browser type, and operating system; device information and referring URLs; pages viewed, time spent on site, and interaction data; and cookies, pixels, beacons, and analytics identifiers.
C. Information From Third Parties
We may obtain information from public or commercial data sources and from referral partners who introduce you to us.
We do not obtain information about you from consumer reporting agencies, credit monitoring services, or furnishers of credit information — see Section 9. We do not receive information about you from advertising platforms or analytics providers, because we run no advertising or analytics tags; see our Cookie Policy.
D. Telephone Calls and Call Recording
When you call us, or when we call you, we collect your telephone number, the date, time and duration of the call, any voicemail you leave, and a record of what was discussed. Telephone calls to and from 100K Solutions LLC may be monitored and recorded for quality assurance, training, customer service, and to keep an accurate record of what was said and agreed.
Where a call is recorded, a recording announcement is played at the start of the call, before any recording begins. We operate from Maryland and are organised in Pennsylvania, and both states require the consent of every party to a call before it may be recorded (Md. Code, Cts. & Jud. Proc. §10-402; 18 Pa.C.S. §5704). We serve clients nationwide and a number of other states impose the same all-party requirement, so we treat all-party consent as the standard for every call regardless of where you are calling from.
You do not have to be recorded. Tell us at the beginning of the call and we will either stop the recording and continue, or arrange to continue by email or in writing instead; declining to be recorded does not affect the service you receive. If you stay on the call after the announcement, having been offered that choice, we treat that as your consent to the recording.
Call recordings and call notes are confidential records. They are retained under the schedule in Section 13 and disclosed only as described in Section 8. We do not record calls for advertising purposes, we do not use recordings to build marketing profiles, and we do not sell them.
3. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies only to keep the Website secure and to remember your cookie choices. We run no analytics, advertising, remarketing, or social media tags, and nothing third-party loads on these pages. The two cookies actually set are listed in Section 3 of our Cookie Policy.
When you first visit the Website, a cookie consent banner allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage your preferences by category. Non-essential cookies are not set until you consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the Website footer or through your browser settings; however, certain features of the Website may not function properly without cookies.
For full details, including the categories of cookies we use and their duration, see our Cookie Policy at https://100ksolutionsllc.com/cookie-policy/.
Some of these technologies may be considered “targeted advertising” (and, in some states, a “sale” or “sharing” of personal data) under state privacy laws. You may opt out of targeted advertising at any time by:
- rejecting or disabling advertising cookies in the consent banner or Cookie Settings;
- enabling a universal opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — which we recognize and honor; or
- contacting us at service@100ksolutionsllc.com.
4. ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING TECHNOLOGIES
We currently run no analytics or advertising technologies on this Website. There is no Google Analytics tag, no Meta Pixel, and no advertising, remarketing, or conversion tag of any kind. Nothing third-party loads on these pages, and no demographic, interest, or cross-site browsing profile is built about you here.
If we introduce any such tool in future, it will be listed in Section 3 of our Cookie Policy, it will sit behind the consent banner, and it will not load before you consent. This section will be updated at the same time.
We do not use credit report information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information described in Section 10 for advertising, remarketing, audience building, or lookalike targeting of any kind.
5. SMS AND MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS
When you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from 100K Solutions, you provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated informational and, where separately elected, marketing text messages at the phone number you provided. These messages may include, but are not limited to, enquiry follow-up, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, document requests during enrolment, programme status updates, and — where separately elected — promotional offers.
Consent. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Where consent is collected. SMS consent is collected through the contact form at https://100ksolutionsllc.com/contact/ by means of separate, unchecked, optional checkboxes, and may also be collected in writing on a signed service agreement or intake form.
Data collection. We collect your phone number, carrier information, and the date, time, and content of messages (including opt-in and opt-out requests) in order to deliver these services and to evidence compliance.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at service@100ksolutionsllc.com or +1 (814) 526-4706. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Full SMS program terms are published at https://100ksolutionsllc.com/sms-terms/.
6. MOBILE INFORMATION AND SMS CONSENT — NO SALE, RENTAL, OR SHARING
This section is a standalone disclosure and applies notwithstanding anything else in this Policy.
No mobile information or text-messaging originator opt-in data will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Specifically, and without limitation:
- We do not sell your mobile phone number or your SMS consent to anyone, for any consideration, monetary or otherwise.
- We do not rent, trade, or license your mobile phone number or your SMS consent to anyone.
- We do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties, affiliates, partners, referral sources, lenders, or lead buyers for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
- We do not include mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data in any list, audience, segment, cooperative database, or data feed made available to another party for marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in consent is not transferable. Consent you give to 100K Solutions is consent to receive messages from 100K Solutions only.
The only circumstances in which your mobile phone number is disclosed to another party are:
- Service delivery. To the messaging platform, telecommunications aggregator, and wireless carriers that are strictly necessary to transmit the messages you asked to receive, and to vendors such as our CRM or hosting provider that process the data solely on our instructions. These parties are bound by written contract to use the data only to deliver the service to us and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
- Legal compliance. Where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or lawful government request, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
This restriction survives the end of your relationship with us. If you opt out, your number is retained only on our internal suppression list so that we can honor your opt-out, and for no other purpose.
7. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:
- provide, operate, and improve our services and programs;
- verify your identity, and review and discuss with you the credit report information you have obtained and shared with us;
- teach you to read your own file, and prepare the written plan of action that you carry out;
- prepare curricula, action plans, and educational materials;
- respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
- process payments and maintain billing records;
- deliver marketing communications and promotional materials where permitted;
- analyze Website usage and improve user experience;
- prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- send you SMS/text messages related to your inquiries, appointments, document requests, file status, account updates, and — where separately consented to — promotions; and
- comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
8. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell or rent your personal information, as “sale” is defined under the CCPA/CPRA and other applicable state privacy laws (the exchange of personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration). We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined under the CPRA.
SMS consent. See Section 6. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information:
- We do not share your information with consumer reporting agencies, furnishers, creditors, collection agencies, or lenders. We do not act on your behalf with any of them. Where you approach a lender or a bureau, you do so yourself and share your own information directly;
- with service providers performing business functions such as hosting, document storage, e-signature, payment processing, analytics, messaging delivery, bookkeeping, or customer support;
- with lenders, funding sources, or referral partners, but only where you have specifically and separately directed or authorized us to submit your information to them;
- with professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants, subject to confidentiality obligations;
- to comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, or government requests;
- in connection with a business transfer, merger, or acquisition, subject to the surviving entity honoring this Policy; or
- when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of 100K Solutions or its clients.
All service providers are required by written agreement to use the data only for the purposes we specify, to comply with applicable privacy laws, and to maintain appropriate security safeguards.
We do not sell sensitive personal information, including Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or consumer credit report information.
9. CREDIT REPORT INFORMATION, AUTHORIZATION, AND THE FCRA
We do not obtain your credit report. We do not pull, order, or request your consumer credit report from any consumer reporting agency, and we hold no power of attorney over you. We are not a consumer reporting agency and we do not furnish information to one.
What we see, and how. Where a program includes a working session on your own file, you obtain your own credit report — from a monitoring service of your choosing or from annualcreditreport.com — and you voluntarily share it, or its contents, with us during that session. You may withdraw that material at any time by writing to service@100ksolutionsllc.com.
Purpose limitation. Credit report information you share with us is used solely to teach you to read your own file and to prepare the written plan you carry out. It is never used for advertising, audience building, resale, or any purpose unrelated to your enrolment, and it is never sent to a bureau, furnisher, creditor, or lender by us.
Your independent rights. You have the right under the FCRA to obtain a free copy of your credit report from each nationwide consumer reporting agency, and to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with the consumer reporting agency or the furnisher, at no cost, without the assistance of any third party. Nothing in this Policy or in any agreement with us limits that right. See Section 3 of our Terms of Service at https://100ksolutionsllc.com/terms-of-service/.
Accuracy. We cannot and do not remove information from a credit report that is accurate, current, and verifiable.
Retention and disposal. Consumer report information and the documents supporting it are stored with access restricted to personnel who need it to perform your services, and are disposed of securely in accordance with the FCRA Disposal Rule and Section 13 of this Policy.
10. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Some of the information described in Section 2 — in particular your Social Security number, government identification numbers, financial account information, and consumer credit report information — is classified as “sensitive personal information” under the CCPA/CPRA and may be classified as sensitive or specially protected data under other state laws.
We collect sensitive personal information only where it is necessary to perform the services you have requested, including identity verification and lawful access to your credit file.
We do not:
- use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose other than performing the services requested, ensuring security and integrity, preventing fraud, and complying with law;
- use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you;
- sell or share sensitive personal information; or
- knowingly collect information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, health or genetic data, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation, immigration or citizenship status, or sexual orientation, except where you volunteer such information in a document you submit in support of a dispute (for example, a medical bill or an identity theft report), in which case it is used only for that purpose.
Because our use of sensitive personal information is limited to the purposes permitted by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121(a), the right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information does not change how we handle your data. You may nonetheless submit such a request using the contact details in Section 22, and we will confirm our practices to you in writing.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
We maintain profiles on social media platforms, and our Website may link to them. Those are plain links — the Website embeds no social media pixel, tracker, or third-party player, so visiting our pages does not report your visit to any of those platforms. If you follow a link and interact with us there, that interaction is governed by that platform’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Please do not send personal financial details, Social Security numbers, account numbers, or credit report information to us by social media direct message. Use service@100ksolutionsllc.com or the secure intake process we provide.
12. DATA SECURITY
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, appropriate to the volume and sensitivity of the data we handle. These measures may include:
- SSL/TLS encryption in transit;
- encryption of stored files containing identifiers or credit information;
- secure, access-controlled data storage;
- role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication on systems holding client data;
- written confidentiality obligations for personnel and contractors;
- secure disposal of records containing consumer report information, consistent with the FCRA Disposal Rule; and
- periodic security reviews.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Use of our Website and services is at your own risk.
13. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to resolve disputes, and to comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
- SMS opt-in and consent records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years for compliance purposes.
- Signed service agreements, authorizations, and cancellation notices are retained for the period required by applicable federal and state law and, at minimum, for the applicable statute of limitations.
- Credit report information and dispute documentation are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to evidence the work performed, then securely destroyed.
- Opt-out and suppression records are retained indefinitely, solely so that we can continue to honor your opt-out.
When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
14. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES (ALL U.S. RESIDENTS)
We extend the following rights to all U.S. residents, regardless of whether the state in which you live has enacted a comprehensive privacy law. Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are processing personal data about you;
- Access the personal data we hold about you, including the categories collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients;
- Correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
- Delete personal data provided by or obtained about you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Obtain a portable copy of your personal data in a readily usable format that allows you to transmit it to another controller without hindrance;
- Opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects;
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (see Section 10);
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications, including SMS, at any time;
- Designate an authorized agent, including via a universal opt-out preference signal, to exercise your opt-out rights on your behalf; and
- Appeal a decision we make on your request (see Section 17).
You will not be discriminated against, denied service, charged a different price, or provided a different level of service for exercising any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights. Email service@100ksolutionsllc.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please tell us which right you are exercising and provide enough information for us to locate your records.
Verification. Because we handle credit file information, we will authenticate your request before acting on it. We may ask you to confirm information already in our records. We will not ask you to create an account solely to make a request, and we will not use verification information for any other purpose.
Timing. We will respond within forty-five (45) days of receipt. That period may be extended once by an additional forty-five (45) days when reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it within the initial period. If we decline to act on your request, we will tell you why and explain how to appeal under Section 17.
Cost. We do not charge a fee to respond to your request unless it is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, in which case we will tell you the reason and the cost estimate before proceeding.
15. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know / access — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed, and the categories disclosed for a business purpose;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to the exceptions in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.105(d);
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information, and in particular we never sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent (see Section 6);
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (see Section 10);
- Data portability — receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format; and
- Non-discrimination — receive equal service and pricing even if you exercise your privacy rights.
Categories of personal information collected in the preceding 12 months (by CCPA category): identifiers (name, address, email, phone number, IP address, Social Security number); customer records information (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80 categories, including financial and credit information); commercial information (services purchased or considered); internet or network activity (browsing and interaction data); geolocation data (approximate, from IP address); professional or employment-related information; inferences drawn from the above; and sensitive personal information as described in Section 10.
Sources, purposes, and disclosures are described in Sections 2, 7, and 8 respectively.
Submitting a request. Email service@100ksolutionsllc.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request,” or write to us at the address in Section 22. We will process verified requests within the timeframe required by law.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We may require written proof of the agent’s authority and may ask you to verify your own identity directly.
Notice of financial incentive. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for the retention or sale of personal information.
Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for those parties’ own direct marketing purposes.
16. OTHER U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws — including but not limited to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island — have rights to confirm, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling.
We extend the rights and the request process described in Section 14 to all U.S. residents, so that you receive the same treatment regardless of where you live.
Universal opt-out signals. We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and equivalent universal opt-out preference signals as a valid opt-out of targeted advertising and of any sale of personal data.
Nevada residents may direct us not to sell certain personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by Nevada law, but you may submit a request to service@100ksolutionsllc.com.
Health-data statutes. We do not collect consumer health data as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada consumer health data law, or similar statutes, except where you voluntarily submit a medical bill or similar document in support of a credit dispute, in which case it is used only for that purpose and never sold or shared.
17. APPEALS
If we decline to act on a privacy request, you may appeal that decision within a reasonable period by replying to our decision or by emailing service@100ksolutionsllc.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
We will review the appeal and respond in writing within sixty (60) days, explaining the reasons for our decision. If the appeal is denied, we will provide you with a method to contact your state Attorney General or other supervisory authority to submit a complaint. You may file that complaint at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General at attorneygeneral.gov.
18. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Website and services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and our services are available only to adults who are legally able to enter into a binding contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, it will be promptly deleted. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact service@100ksolutionsllc.com.
19. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including lenders, credit monitoring providers, and educational resources. 100K Solutions is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such external sites. You should review the privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
20. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
We may disclose personal information when required to: comply with legal obligations; respond to lawful government requests, subpoenas, or court orders; enforce our agreements; or protect the safety and rights of clients, personnel, or the public.
21. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
